1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
2. Shipping Restrictions

No P.O. Boxes: Because our products are perishable, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address.
3. Delivery & Signature

No Signature Required: To ensure your package is not delayed and food does not spoil, our packages are authorized to be left at your door without a signature ("Shipper Release").

Customer Responsibility: Please monitor your tracking number and arrange for someone to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery. Escamillashop is not responsible for spoilage if the package is left outside after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@escamillashop.com with photos of the condition so that we can evaluate the issue.
