1. All Sales Final on Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety standards, Escamillashop does not accept returns or offer refunds on food items.
Once a food item has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions or safety. Therefore, for the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind" or taste preferences. All food sales are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (The Exception) While we do not offer refunds for unwanted items, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or contaminated, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

3. Shipping Issues Escamillashop is not responsible for spoilage or damage due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Failure to retrieve the package on the guaranteed delivery date (e.g., leaving a package outside in the heat).

Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions beyond our control.
4. California Consumer Notice In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1723, certain goods are exempt from standard refund policy posting requirements, including food, plants, and perishable goods. However, Escamillashop voluntarily provides this policy to ensure transparency with our customers. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
